Hey man, hope all is well. I was wondering if you will be going to Armenia next. With the exchange rate I am seriously thinking of investing either in the Pinares neighborhood or the North part of Armenia. Prices seem to be higher in Pinares though.

I loved Pinares, right near the city centre or a 20 minute walk away and right near the malls.

What you do for a living ?

People, be advised that the economy and political situation in Colombia is unstable and showing no signs of getting better. Also, with all the in flux of dead beat foreign tourists arriving, all cities have taken up campaigns to eradicate these tourist. Not to mention the criminal organizations that have a field day with these tourists and police that also participate. When I was there for two years as an expat with a multinational company, just left two months ago, the real vibe was that foreigners are not welcome and your are always in somebodies radar!
