Hey man, hope all is well. I was wondering if you will be going to Armenia next. With the exchange rate I am seriously thinking of investing either in the Pinares neighborhood or the North part of Armenia. Prices seem to be higher in Pinares though.
I loved Pinares, right near the city centre or a 20 minute walk away and right near the malls.
Have you been or spend time in Medellin? I lived there 4 years ago for 9 months.
Exchange rate there was even better during the height of the pandemic
Buying is tough for an Extranjero without a “Cedula”. Equivalent to Social Security number in Colombia
Say I'm walking around an area I'm interested in and I see a resident building. Is it normal walk in and to ask the guy at the desk if there any for rent or sale?
I love this guy! Maybe I missed it but what is range of cost for 3 bdrm condos in that area you were walking around in?

Hello, good to watch videos from you with more length, If I can give you a tip in all yours videos you using the word "chimba" sometime people smile but you need to know that it's a vulgare word it's mean sex of the woman some people don't like hear this kind of words. I think it will be cool that you speak with pretty colombian women too, you will have much more views. You are lucky to be in Colombia.
What you do for a living ?
People, be advised that the economy and political situation in Colombia is unstable and showing no signs of getting better. Also, with all the in flux of dead beat foreign tourists arriving, all cities have taken up campaigns to eradicate these tourist. Not to mention the criminal organizations that have a field day with these tourists and police that also participate. When I was there for two years as an expat with a multinational company, just left two months ago, the real vibe was that foreigners are not welcome and your are always in somebodies radar!
What do you do for work out there?
Little better Spanglish 😂
The whole city hilly?
