Shall has proteins.onions,chilies,coriander leaves and curry leaves has fibers.ghee is rich in omega 3,6,9 . If u fry in coconut oil,it is the richest source of omega 3 which is good for our heart.On the whole it is fully nutritious...God bless

Mam, I tried this recipe now. Came out really well and taste good. My 2yrs kid like it. Thanks for the receipe. Small suggestion that green chili I added 1 only also ginger little amount as we are adding red chilli as well.
