My husband and I are going on year 2. We just finished our first round of clomid a couple of weeks ago and found out I have borderline hypothyroidism. It's been a rollercoaster, especially with other people in our family getting pregnant easily and not knowing that we're trying. Some comments have been very hurtful, but it wasn't something we were ready to share until very recently. We're very optimistic about this year. Prayers for everyone who struggles with this regardless of how long or short your journey is 💙

I’m 5 days past my last clomid pill, I’m 19 and we’ve been trying for 11 months now. I went to the OB on Monday and my left ovary was just full of smaller ones and my right ovary had two 15 and 14 mm follicles! They’re probably about 19 and 20 mm now! I could use a prayer or two! My ovulation test this morning has a second line but not too dark yet. Congratulations on your little baby

Just finished my 10 days of progesterone and have been spotting the last two days also got 3 positive ovulation tests the last few days and a possible faint positive pregnancy test? Lol I have no idea what’s going on with my body. So I just cry sometimes( all day everyday) I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS, insulin resistance, thyroid condition, low progesterone, irregular cycles, obese, pre diabetic along with my crippling anxiety and depression. I hope you’re doing better than me!❤️😭💔

I would like to share with you that Since I found your channel I am obsessed watching all your vids specially the first ones before you gave birth. Let me share with you that I took clomid 50mg and I did ovulate with that medication. I suffer from PCOS & I’m currently 4 DPO and I’m so inpatient! My progesterone check will be on Friday! Please pray for me! What was the dosing you took on clomid?

The clomid didn’t work for me. This has been very very hard for me but I appreciate your prayers and support! Word to the wise don’t ever take depo!! Lol hopefully one day I’ll join team pregnant again but for now it’s not in the cards 😞

I've always been irregular, so after a lot of thought and prayers, I decided to seek a different doctor to find out what I extra step I can do to conceive (been trying for a year). My doctor is starting me on clomid! I'm excited, but it's all in God's hands. ❤ I'm so happy you were successful!

It took 8 months to conceive my 1st son. For our 2nd we're going on almost a year and a half. Finished all the testing, now just waiting until October 24th to get my treatment plan. My son turned 2 in September and I'm slowly giving up...
What dose were you taking when you conceived? And what cycle days did your doctor have you taking your clomid on ?

I’m starting soon I’m irregular I’m scared i want this so bad I put my last money into it because prenatal vitex and amazon fertility pills wasn’t gettin it completely done only regulated my period for almost a yr I still take vitex I started one a day vit for folic acid doctor recommended pregnitude before anything but hoping this is the way I have to have and keep faith I’m 27 on the 22nd

McKenna Fry they just suggested that I took the pills to start my period then stop when it comes and take the clomid on the 4th day. Is that how you took your ?

if anyone else has expeirenced weird lower abdomenal pains after taking clomid. It's not like cramps... It feels more like a pulled muscle or something. I feel it when I cough, during BDing, when I stand up, or when I first sit down..

We have been trying for over 4 years. Hoping to try clomid next year once my husband has graduated school and we can afford to go to a fertility specialist.
Amanda Perl awe, I’m sorry you’ve been trying for so long! However, my OBGYN prescribed clomid for me and it was honestly only like $10 to fill the prescription! I don’t think you need to wait for a fertility specialist! My OBGYN did everything for us. Testing/treatment/ect.
@@kennamorgannn wow, really? My OBGYN was saying that any appointments through him for follow ups and all of that would be billed under fertility so insurance won't cover it or the prescription. So he said I was better off going to a fertility specialist because they know more and it would cost the same since nothing would be covered at either place. I haven't reached out to my insurance about it, but figured he would know lol!
@@kennamorgannn yeah, I just double checked with insurance and they said they wouldn't cover anything because it'll be billed under fertility. :-( so we have to wait at least another year before we can afford anything further. We've done all we can do until then. Including an HSG.
Amanda Perl awe, I’m sorry! My doctor did the testing for PCOS technically for my health since I was having irregular periods that were extremely painful. The only thing that was considered fertility related was the clomid! Maybe check with another OBGYN! It’s worth a shot!

Oh my , I haven’t found anyone else who is a healthy weight and only had those two symptoms of PCOS , I haven’t had a period in over a year and a half, I’m almost done with my first cycle of clomid, I’m going to the doctor next week to find out if I’m pregnant , or if I even ovulated on the lowest dose. I’m a little hopeless currently , I’m on CD 28 today and no AF and no BFP.

It doesn’t work for everyone and it does have side effects so I recommend talking with your doctor. You do need a prescription to take it!

I have pcod for years so my periods are irregular when I consult doctor she provided with me the progesterone pill for period and along with it the clomid for ovulation so today iam on period of the third day so when I want to take the clomid 3rd or 5th day .

That's nice that you can sympathize and I'm truly happy for you but after 10 years of infertility and thousands and thousands of dollars in fertility procedures, it's a little hard to hear someone say 13 months is a long time after only having to take a dose of clomid.
I’m so sorry to hear you have been struggling for so long. My heart breaks for you, and I can’t imagine what you must be feeling. However, everyone’s experiences are different. For me 14 months of infertility, finding out I had PCOS, finding out I needed fertility medication in order to conceive, and wondering if I would ever get to become a mom was extremely difficult to walk through. I share my story to encourage others walking through something similar, not to say that I’ve had it the worst. I know it could be worse, but I genuinely pray for those people.
