    Amazon Product Description...
    Why do you need a Easyclean Ear Wax Removal Swab?
    Cotton swabs can push wax deeper into your ear, potentially injuring your ear drum.
    This new kind of smart ear swab cleans extra wax out of the ears.
    Unlike cotton swabs, the spiraled and grooved head on this TPE Swab actually captures all the wax with a small twist. This makes it more effective than cotton swabs, while also helping to improve your hearing quality and ear health. So I really want to try the smart swab to see if it will help gently remove without the pain..

    If I had to guess people aren't expecting anything but a chunk of wax on the device tip when in reality I think it's just getting out old waxes center, making like a tunnel where eventually the device will get to that other old wax that you're seeing comes off so much with the q-tip because you're shoving wax back as you're getting wax on a q-tip. You're not just pulling wax out you're pushing wax in as you're getting some out so I don't know if the device is actually better in time people are just probably looking for fast results?

    I try to keep the qtip pressed around the skin in my ears so I'm hopefully not pushing down much wax. But I found some little metal scrapers some years ago that were probably meant to be cuticle pushers. Also the metal scrapers that have like a hoop at the end for pimples work too. They have a flat curved round end. I find if my ear feels like it has build up I'll use the thin scraper to get the large chunks of wax and then use the qtip to clean up the leftover residue

      @@psycharol So why when a doctor checks your ears they place something in your ears. That device is much smaller than my elbow. Plus when my daughter was young we had to take her to a doctor. They ended up cleaning a wax build-up in her ears. They told us to gently use a q-tip to clean her ears. I always use a q-tip to make sure that my ears stay clean. And every time I clean my ears there is a small wax build up and I can always tell when they need to be cleaned as I can notice pressure in my ears, as well as certain frequencies of sound, are not as present as normal. So maybe, in theory, they should clean themselves. But in practicality that's not always the case.

  • @amzonfire6013
    @amzonfire6013 Před 3 lety +3

    To clean my ears, I built a device that I connect to my shower head. This device gives a solid squirt, then I tilt my head properly so that I can get this squirt straight to my ears(one at a time of course). So after I finish showering I always do this for about 1 minute per ear. Now some shower heads already come with this feature, so if you're lucky, you wont have to build a special device like I had to. Water must be warm. If you feel pain then the squirt is too strong, so always start with a low water pressure. Do not try this on children!!!
