I have tried to run it's live version from my laptop but i have faced a problem... During the initial setup process when it asks for signing with google id, i have entered the id and password but it doesn't go beyond and goes back to the seup process, i have tried several times but it didn't worked...
I have a question, so when i want to use that setup in my TV, i must turn on my pc first then my tv, right? Can i just let my pc run for 24hrs?

While I can't help you, it sounds to me like you have a Xiaomi TV that was made for the Mainland China market, and may have been duped by the seller you purchased it from.
The closest I've seen online seems to involve using Android debugging to force a language change and sideload Google TV system APKs, but some parts of MIUI TV still remain. Models made for Mainland China also ship with a DTMB tuner instead of a DVB or ISDB tuner.
If you have a Xiaomi TV that was made for countries other than China, there's an option in the settings to switch from PatchWall to Google TV.
