    Best place to buy according to me is kondapur - go for standalone you might get around 6k -6.3k, with great rental yeild

    Reach this place this place in 10-15 mins..!! So everyone use their own cars, bikes..!!
    Where is public transport? Gov is intentionally building roads to support large real estate groups and they dont have any concern for the environment..!

    Please make a video on RR7 extensions of pre launch villas.
    Areas like mokila,kondakkal,nandigama bus stop .now they are charging 5k for full payment.
    Areas like kollur, velimala pati they are charging 6500 for full payment.
    Please suggest how much it can increase.

      Completely Pollution area bachupally,patenchuru, uppal,go for kokapet,kondapur,nanakramaguda and manikonda (avoid near lake apartments and gravy yard)

    None can get good returns by investing in an apartment. Apartment is only for living. 25 paisa returns only. If you really want get returns, buy a old Flat. That may be benefit.

      You are still stuck with old mindset...the roads in jubliee hills are narrow, lot of traffic and pollution. Celebrities themselves are moving to suburbs in acres. So change your mind

      @@sridharjune9 Tellapur to wipro circle in 20 mins, Tellapur to Kokapet in 20 mins , you reach in the same time fromJubileehills to these areas? The city center is shifting from Madapur-Gachibowli to Gachibowli-kokapet. Plus the worst pollution, not sure what someone achieve in life while spending 24hrs a day in a polluted area. I hope you won't say you like Dharavi of Mumbai.
      Come and see the real beautiful nature of hyderabad with peacocks roaming in paddy fields, paddy fields, 3000 acres of ICRISAT, BHEL, mango gardens etc

    I have bought a villa for 1.8 crores last year. same venture some people are reselling for 1.6 (though they are telling 2 crores). I think it hs been flat for an year and going to fall in next one to two years. going to be lots of bank auctions in 2023 end and 2024 and forward like it happened in 2004 and 2012.

      @@karthee2459 area compare cheyalem bro. I stay near Beeramguda it’s been more than 10 years rates ite perigai but ipatidaka no roads daily power cuts. Neighbour work as daily labours as the rents are very cheap. No safety.
