  • New FPV backpack!! First impressions are it’s really well built and the velcro and interior material for it to stick to is perfect!

Thank you.! I purchased this (original 1.0 version) bag after watching your review.
I have ankylosing spondylitis, so my shoulders and spine could never tolerate a backpack anymore.
I use the bag for day to day drone carrying and use it as a “bag”.
I carry the DJI RC-Pro controller, a Mavic-3 and accessories, 8 batteries for the Mavic-3, HD-Zero goggles and 4 of the DJI USB-C batteries from my goggles v.2, tools, a small ThinkPad and all sorts of accessories and charging gear.
My wife watched another review on this bag and noted the reviewer used 4” wide Velcro pieces to reinforce the corners and purchased some at a hobby shop and installed it for me BEFORE wrapping it up. It was a Christmas present that I had zero clue I was going to receive. I had discussed it and we saw this review together, so she WAS paying attention after all. LOL
    Thank you again.

Thank you for the kind words regarding my review, I really appreciate it 🙏🏽
I am sorry to hear you are dealing with ankylosing spondylitis (I did have to look it up). As someone who deals with a medical issue that changes how I have to do many things, I have at least an understanding of what it’s like.
That’s an impressive amount of stuff in there, I carry a lot myself, and it does really well, glad to hear it’s working out so well for you.
That is a really great idea and it sounds like you have a great wife! I’ve actually been meaning to do a follow up review but I keep putting it off, mostly out of laziness/wanting to do other things lol.
      Take care and happy flying!

Here's a tip for packs that open in the rear, fold the shoulder straps to the front of the bag and clip the chest strap, I've been thinking about getting this bag too

Great tip 👍 Thanks for sharing the idea, I just push them to the side and they do get in the way a little. This made me think, you could also just attach should straps to the side straps that are about the bottle/tripod holders to keep them off the ground or whatever. Going to have to try both out and see. I’m still using the bag, it’s been great and still in perfect condition.

Sure thing. Total rooky really but there is really very little out there about the bag. I took it out for the first time today. I adjusted it a little and was able to put all my gear plus my Flywoo Explorer and AOS 3.5 inside the bag with a 7”, 5” and my Cinelog35 v2 on the outside no problem. Hopefully you don’t have to wait too long!

I have the same problem with I flight bag, the velcro is useless, so I'm looking at this bag alot just concerned how the velcro is on this one

I should do a follow up review, here we are almost 8 months after I got it and the Velcro is still ridiculously strong on the bag. I reconfigured it just a few days ago for a road trip and it’s so freaking strong. I kept the small dividers from the iflight bag with the little stretchy pockets and used them and they stick great in the Rotor Riot bag.
