This was fun!!! I've watched SO many kombucha videos recently which all kinda blend together in tone and topic. Your approach was very refreshing / entertaining 😃🎉

You need to bottle it with a little extra sugar added so it continues to ferment under sealed conditions. The carbon dioxide produced by the yeast is trapped in the bottle and dissolves in the solution. It dissolves better in cold, so its best to chill it after its finished fermentating in the bottle a few days.
Make sure you stir the kombucha or jun prior to bottling so you get any yeast mixed throughout the solution. You Brew Kombucha gives really great advice on this!

Burping is not necessary. Just check it in 4-5 days.

Dangerous to use square bottles. Not very educated.

You can say it's dangerous to use square bottles and explain why instead of adding an insult 😂
