Criminals are stupid. He didn't take a plea deal, sitting there thinking he'll outsmart the jury?😮

So, you've decided he's guilty, before a trial?

@@davidpetrosky YES! that's my opinion. What are the chances of finding HIS gun by the dead girl's body?🤔 When questioned about his gun being found by the body, he said he didn't know the victim. Now her friend testified he offered her and the deceased girl a ride home, he not only knew her he was also starking her. He starked his grade school friend, creep was trying to enter her apartment (all on video) when she was at work. Evidence pilling up and its starting to stink!!

@@lisahawkins9187 Spectacular. You could tell me, you have cctv video, of him in the act, and i wouldn't regard you any differently. Why? You're not on the jury. It's nothing personal. It's not perfect, but it's the system we have. A panel will look at all you listed. Then determine, through points of law, the validity of it. Was it obtained legally. Collected properly. Was the proper chain of evidence maintained. Then deliberate collectively, to weigh everything properly. Then i will respect the outcome. Whenever i see people do that, before a trial, or right at the outset, it just ranks me, that's all. Even with proper procedure followed, including a presentation of seemingly irrefutable evidence, as you just presented, people have turned out to not be guilty. Sometimes, even when found so. Again, nothing personal. I just like to hear the jury speak, before making declarations about people.

@@lisahawkins9187 I'm aware. Changes nothing in my opinion. You're also not the only person I've had back and forth with on this, and other cases. Nothing on my personal perspective on the trial, was ever expressed in a case specific sense. Be well.
