I think you’re good w lip liners- you can always sharpen and wipe w alcohol. Liquid lip sticks / gloss /stains - def a good idea to toss after a year or too. I think I’ve commented 3x already abt mascara growing bacteria after 3 months lol and regular lipstick- j feel like if you chop the top off it probably lasts a few years. But def ask a dermatologist- they know best
It’s really not going to hurt you if it’s expired. And you could still give your daughter the ones you don’t like. Just because they have a formula you don’t like, doesn’t mean you have to waste so many products.

Be careful keeping old lip liner, they can cause inflammation, acne and sometime cold sores along the lip
