I appreciate the way that Black Gospel Music sounds and it’s one of my favorite genres of music, but I am not a Christian and do not need or want the Christian rhetoric. I appreciate the talent!!! I would rather not play make-believe and blindly believe something that has no concrete proof. Christianity is heavily rooted in psychology. I appreciate the positive, psychological aspects of prayer. Christianity is, partially, about positivity, faith and over exaggerating. It works for some people and for even more people, it has terribly failed. I am happy for the people who have found meaning and true happiness with out religion. I am also happy for the people who have found happiness through religion. We are all different. I have 99 problems and waking up early on a Sunday morning to give my hard earned money away and play pretend is not one of them.
