Guys this is very important comment. I never do this type of option trading but this is really easy and good strategy to earn some money with safe and i really respect Sanjay sir, he is well qualified. Please make sure before doing this type of trading.
1- please have a stop loss.
2- before making position please check how much returns given by that stock in last 6 months, 1 year and 3 years. Like if you are going to make position in TCS or sbicard then it can run 10-15% upwards side bcoz these stocks didn't give any returns from many years. Even results are not bad.
3- need to avoid few sectors that are very volatile now days. Like FMCG when there are uncertainty will be in market then FMCG stocks will run fast in upwards l.
Covid jaise fall me stoploss kaam nahi karega sab paise jayega naked selling mein it's very risky

With due respect to you Kathuria ji - you come across as a very genuine and sincere person - even if he had followed your rules - please note that a blackswan event has the potential to wipe out your entire margin. Blackswan events are rare but not impossible - when the market crashes suddenly. Stoplosses will not work in sudden, steep crashes. Remember Covid crash ? So for 3% return on margin every month, be aware that you risk losing 100% margin in blackswan events. Better to sell only cash secured puts in good stocks or covered call where you already own stocks.
But why wouldn’t a stop loss work?
If the market has a sudden steep fall, if stoploss buy is a limit order - it will not execute - because PE price will suddenly rise far above your limit price. If your stoploss buy is a market order - it will execute at a price far above your stoploss. Yes I am chilllllled, I sleep comfortably because I sell only cash covered puts or covered calls. To each his own, just wanted to make you aware of the potential risk before you get euphoric with 3% passive income
Also my advice to the person who lost money selling HUL : 2600PE
HUL price may close above or below strike on expiry day - we dont know. Today it is 2577 - dangerously close to strike. Acknowledge your mistake and square off 1 lot at a time - in a staggered way - till expiry day.
