It makes you think subnautica doesn’t have the world best graphics but it’s one of the most beautiful games out there and it is a game you can complete over and over without getting bored
Decorating the cyclops was the best part of the game for me... its so cool that amongst such a scary and hostile world you can have your own little mobile home
If only I could manage resources,energy,power,efficiency,security *inhale* , somehow putting a poster in the moonpool,have all the resources to craft multiple lockers,pots,fabricators and med kits and have the balls to showcase the cyclops in the dunes. *this guys a mad man for stopping in the dunes to show his cyclops*
very true, that is the reason I built a cyclops and never used it. It's required because you can only craft the shield generator needed for the rocket in the cyclops, and one time in one of my earliest playthrough I was going through the lost river, then I ran out of power and lost my prawn suit along with the cyclops same reason why I never crafted a seatruck in below zero, it's (apparently) slow and useless and I did not want to bring it anywhere. The prawn suit seems to be glitched in below zero by the way, it really, REALLY speeds up if you go diagonally. god this is a wall of text but meh, doesn't matter, finally said it somewhere
@@andrix7777 the sea truck is perfectly fine if you get the booster and only use 1 module, it’s basically just a slightly worse version of the sea moth, idk how you managed to complete the game without it.
@@andrix7777 I've got to the lava castle with both cytclop and pranwn and got out in the end without any prob (i just get lodst once cause i didnt got the scanner but i used to store battery in the cyclop just in case)using portal and seaglide to collect last ressources for egg hatch, you are just bad that's it :) Also cyclop is leggit a complete mobile base so you arent supposed to loose anything , you just had to take your prawn , got to surface reach your base craft battery (ionic or not tho) you are just bad that's it
Fun fact: Power Cell Chargers are effectively USELESS on a Cyclops. Never put them on your Cyclops to recharge them: they drain power from the loaded power cells, making a power transfer-er. It pains me to see how many people put power cell chargers in their Cyclops'. Don't do it, it doesn't work how you think it does. Battery chargers are fine, as are any other modification/decoration. Just please, no power cell chargers. This guy does a great job not doing so.
@@weirdywonka Sure, but if you have the resources why bother? You would have to come back in the middle of the exploration and change the cells to have all of them charged, if you have chargers you can just leave cells there and all of them will be recharged when you are back
prior to release there once was a time you could get infinite power as it didnt take as much power to charge power cells compared to how much it gave them. It was insanely broken since you effectively never had to worry about power ever
You can enter the bay if the doors arent opened. Suppose if your bay id empty and your seamoth is next to it, you can't emter it. But if its inside or the bay isety u can.
Maybe it worked back then and doesn't anymore. I couldn't build at some places where we see cabinets here and now with the new 2.0 they removed even more building options. I'm pretty sure lots of this doesn't work anymore.
If you use a mod called building tweaks there is a full override that allows you to place things anywhere, by default “g”. Not sure if they used that though, but they probably used snap build mod

Is this modded? Placing things on the walls in the cyclops on console leaves a big floating gas. And you can't place things on the ground that close to the walls

There's a mod on Nexus called Building Tweaks that will let you hold CTRL-SHIFT and place anywhere (since I too didn't know how to make the DLL file)
