I relate to Dion my 300 plus looks like im 250 so it’s easy to let yourself go. Especially when you’re already tall. I did keto it worked then pandemic happened I got up to 360s. I’ve been doing great this year lost a good amount of weight. This what I do; find the time to workout idc if it’s only 15 minutes go to the gym, drink room temp water it helps so much and you cut off so much calories limiting sugary drinks intake, find a balance with your eating by doing some fasting days then eating healthy after then on your cheat day eat what you want but not overly eating and workout after, the last thing is make it a lifestyle please it won’t happen overnight just take it day by day you will eventually reach the goal mamba mentality. This what helps me lose weight without doing anything extreme.
