I agree with the stadium thing.
On the solar panel thing. China has the cheapest panels. They would cost 3 times as much made here. I'm the dude that buys his rolling papers from China.

Not quite as good as when somebody decided it would be a good idea to use Kaspersky antivirus on DOD computers. Guess they didn't mind that it was a Russian company.
