I like the azur lane commander on Graf Spee. Under-rated. The vice defense perk is insanely good in damage reduction.
I also use Norm Scott to help reign in that (at times) insane dispersion
AL Hipper is a great choice on Graf Spee

I use Lutjens, with Scott & Einstein. It's a lot more fun, thanks for the advice on using Einstein, those turrets are so much better.
Sadly, the Aoba is a much more heavily armored ship. Yes, Graf Spee has just over 140mm of citadel armor but it is just a tiny sliver of its total armor.
In World of Warships, hull/bow plating is what is important. Aoba can bounce 356mm shells while the Graf Spee can only bounce 203mm. This means every BB that Graf Spee faces overmatches her hull/bow.
The so-called "pocket battleship" is really not very good. She can be fun when facing cruiser and her guns are working. But against BBs and DDs she is quite useless. A buff in nearly any category(either dispersion, hull plating, reload) would significantly help the ships performance but I'm not about to hold my breath.

Warspite for pick a premium. Been having trouble playing it. Whenever I’m against one it rips me to shreds and I can’t damage it but whenever I hop in mine I can’t get any damage out of it and I get melted
I had trouble with the Warspite. It came alive when I put Nelson on it.
Luty is tough to spec because of the gun dispersion. I run this as heavy cruiser w/ mueller, Scott and Yamato. Def prop mod to keep moving.

Great video.... I have been trying to figure out how to acquire the Graf Spee but it is not no on the ship evolution chart. Apparently I can only find it in the UK Legends store for Playstation. Any suggestions.?

I would use AL Hipper but that's just me. Von Muller is mainly for Fully Packed. Wish they would sort out the event commander legendaries.

I had the Spee for a while (about a week or 2), I’d get citadelled at the weirdest angle and out of nowhere, I’d just die automatically, I never had many good games, except for that one domination game I had nearly a kraken, it was on trap I think

Graf spee is the best ship on the game for me, she can do a bit of everything, bringing so much for a team, lutjens is better than muller trust me, grafs guns dont need any boost but lutjens buffs her movements and also alerts you when someones aiming at you!

I'm pretty spoilt for choice on the entire German line because of the Kurfurst bureau commander requirements. Happened to find a few orders to take my AL to level 12. Seems effective but a demonstration from you always great to watch!

He had the Fully Packed Legendary skill. The timer jumped up because he got outside the range of an ally to activate it. Took me a moment to see the gold indicator disappear on the right side of his repair party emblem.

@@TbullGaming so for example the Izmail angles the armor at an minimal angle which say 45 degree angle with level 10 Soviet Dewey is 42 degree.
Sounds as and interesting base trait to combine it with Jojo. And some of the German ships which struggle with AP pen

Okay that’s how you play against tier 4’s with no DD’s. This ship is fun if you get into those cruiser heavy match’s but those games are rare with BB’s and DD’s being people’s main choice of class. Still great content tho. I would highly recommend you skip this ship tho. It’s so situational and nothing gets beat up worse than a Graf spee in a tier 6 match. If I could get a refund for any ship in this game it’d be Graf Spee.

I don’t think that first game is a good example of how you can do well when your outnumbered. That’s not to say you didn’t play well in that situation, but there were no destroyers in this game.
