I just take it as needed - one capsule usually once or twice a day depending on if I'm eating legumes or carbs. You discussed gut health. I discovered recently that a teaspoon of food grade Diametrious Earth improved my gut dramatically. So much so it unfroze my shoulder. My shoulder was frozen due to broken bone repair surgery. The unfreezing occurred starting in 2 days after Diametrious Earth and completed within 4 days. My theory is my immune system was repaired allowing inflammation repair in shoulder. Operation 4-2023 frozen by may 2023 remained frozen till 10-2023 even with daily physical therapy. Also my blood pressure is now 120 after years of around 145 to 155.

Beer Erin’s is amazing for ibs symptoms !! I have used it several times in the past and recently restarted it when I was having severe constipation from unknown but suspected Gi bug. I had completely lost my appetite after being sick in October and it was still continuing in January along with recent onset constipation. Within a week or two, taking 2 capsules daily, my appetite is back however the normalization of bms came sooner.
I would not dismiss this amazing herb for GI issues as I have previously used it when I was having ibs-d and it worked just as well to resolve it. There are still plenty of foods I need to avoid, so it’s not magic but it is one of the few go to herbs I use for ongoing gut issues.
I’m already pretty thin- it has not caused me any weight loss.

I took 250 mg of brine for the first time and had some weird side effects with it. I immediately had to go to the bathroom, I was feeling very very nauseous and I didn’t but I did feel like I needed to vomit. I just felt very sick for about three hours after I took it and then I started to feel a little better thankfully it didn’t get as bad as it felt like it was going to. Is this normal? I do have leaky gut. I also developed really bad Sebo and I just cleared a sea diff infection in my colon. I definitely have a lot of digestive issues going on and still getting to the bottom of this. I suspect I have low stomach acid and poor bio flow And previous to going on the carnivore diet in the past nine months I was having diabetic symptoms and hypoglycemic episodes. I am not diagnosed diabetic. I am actually very petite so clinically Doctor look at me and say you’re fine. Which is bullshit because they’re not listening to what I’m telling them is happening to my body. And while I’ve been on the carnivore diet, I’ve tried to add a few different things in and it seems like my body literally cannot break down carbs, starches, sugars, etc. right now.
