I know this video is 5 years old but just a quick tip. You should adjust the height before attaching the table and all of the heavy stuff on the base. Makes it much easier.

Mark’s a nice guy to deal with. The spray is anti rust... it’s optional i just do it as i had access to it at that time...

still going strong and I string like average 10 to 15 rackets a week so probably not overused at the mo...
