The germination rate does not depend on this method, but on the quality of the seeds. This seed cleaning method does not improve or worsen the germination rate.
As i said in the Video, the blades are not sharp(!) or you cover them with tape. The percentage of germination does not depend on the method, only on the quality of the seeds. :)
