Silly thing to say, Stacy. Dream big and then dream even bigger. Hire a person, even if it cost you money at first. Find your customers and give them the best service that you can provide them. Then hire another employee with your work same ethic as well. And buy a truck or two in chartreuse yellow and make your logo of the "Stacy Landscaping & Company" unique. Put a boat in the logo inconspicuously and people will ask this, "What's with the boat Stacy?" And your reply will be this, "That is not a boat, that's a carrot."
My carrot was an E-Type Jaguar and I worked and worked until I bought that dream.

I'll keep watching your channel. perhaps something else will pop up. I'm not passed going with a house boat but it would have to be at 100 feet if not more. If I find one like that I'm getting rid of the house and living aboard. About 24 years ago I lived on a house boat for about a year but was called to start up another business. retired now and for good. At 64 I feel I have plenty left in me for another boat. Maybe travel the loop -- Intercoastal.

It's loaded with expencive materials, and there are countless hours of designing these as well. But I see your point, I too like the classic style. And wooden surfaces with rich, deep coloring makes me all fuzzy. As for now I'm sticking to my cheap antiques at home. I don't think I'll win the lottery, mostly because I don't play, but one day in my later years I might inherit some yacht money.
Feels a bit evil and ungrateful to say this, to be true. But such is life, and I'll try to do my then late family proud with the money. Enjoying it to the fullest. It's not 100' Azimut -money, but I'll get something nice.

Why would they place the transom walk through to the swim platform right smack in the middle? Because of that you have 2 separate seating areas instead of one lounger where everyone can be part of the conversation. I don't like that at all. Otherwise it's a nice boat.
