I have been a pro makeup artist for over 30 years and I have no words! Never have I ever! He has absolutely no business doing any makeup let alone calling himself a makeup artist. He has broken every basic rule just in cross contamination alone. And don’t get me going on the eyes and foundation. Oh Girl, you are so brave! Another thing, what is with the hairspray? Was he actually going to spray that on your face to set your makeup?!That is beyond dangerous! Thankfully, you didn’t allow it.
Hairspray used to actually be used years ago on dancers so the make up would last & drag queens also have used this method. At least we have more safer options now.

He could have sprayed it with setting spray, I have done that before when I have used an eyeshadow as an eyeliner
