Falling asleep isn't difficult for me, but staying asleep. Please do a video for not waking at 1 or 2am and having trouble falling back asleep.
Same, but I’m better whenever I reduce my caffeine intake. I also sit on the bed without leaning on anything, and when i get tired i fall back asleep. Try not to stress about it though 😂 coz you’ll put your mind on an active mode.
Me too. I am a light sleeper and keep waking in the middle of the night. I feel so upset when i cant sleep and sleep deprivation is causing me issues
Me too Sam Sam, I’m usually a sound sleeper, the last week I’ve been having issues with waking up only a few hours after going to sleep, my heart is racing and having weird dreams 🤷♂️ I’m going to try to do what Dr Mandell says, hope and pray all is well with all of you and these things help 🙏🏻

I hate sleeping while lying on my back, so I do legs against the wall yoga pose for 30 minutes. I move my angles around and some other leg exercises. The exercises keep me awake. This pose guarantees me a good night's sleep and eases my back pains. Thanks Dr
