@Thomas Breen It is all in his head, called self-actualizing, explained at the end of s3. He was owerwhelmed by emotions being actually together with woman he loves, so he let her subconsciously mojo himself. And its possible reason why he lost his ability to mojo people. Another theory (not mine) - he reflects human desires back to them, so he could reflect his own back to himself through Chloe because she is his only greatest desire. And as he was falling onto his own mojo, he lost it. Then Linda said that we must be into others shoes to feel their power ourselves. When Chloe was kidnapped he did all the detective work to find her, so basically he felt her power and later his mojo returned
Dan will be needing therapy next. But I want to see is Linda with God and the rest of his kids and Maze in therapy, especially with Chloe there. I want to know what God thinks of Dan, from Dan sleeping with his ex-wife to trying to kill Lucifer.
Ella doesn't struggle with her faith. She wants a scientific solution but she is also friends with the angel of death, who introduced herself as a ghost. I think when everything is revealed to her, if Rae- Rae and Lucifer would be there, she might take it easier than the others.
👩💼You got to love Linda: The Celestials Thearpist! She must be very rich now! The therapy she does for: Lucifer Couple: Lucifer and Chloe Maze Amendial And now... Family Therapy: Lucifer and God (Season 5 Part B)

He never lost his mojo. He was so at ease with Chloe that he mojoed himself, which led him to believe she took his mojo, which made him mojo people when Chloe tried to mojo people. And since his mojo is making him vulnerable with Chloe, because he though he was mojoless, he survived when Dan shot him. Fuck it, it's easier to understand like this, imagine Lu and his mojo talking to each other: ''She stole my Mojo!" ''Ok, she stole your mojo, duly noted.'' ''She can mojo people!" "Of course she can, she stole your mojo!" "I can't mojo people!" ''Of course you can't, she stole your mojo!" ''Dan shot me! My mojo makes me vulnerable with the detective around, i'm dead!" ''No you're not dead, dumbass, remember? She stole your mojo!"
@@user-hd2kw6rn9h In the second part Lucifer’s mojo is his own shoulder angel/devil, except it just keeps track of things Lucifer believes intensely. Or instead of continuing to call it his mojo; he unknowingly used his power to convince himself that he didn’t have it anymore, and that Chloe did, and things went from there.
nah I think it’s cause he reflects people’s desires back at them meanwhile what he desires is her so it makes sense that she could mojo him somehow and it also makes sense that it came back when he “lost” her after she was kidnapped... either that or she’s pregnant and their child is the one with power
OMG this gives me so much clarity! It makes so much sense that Lucifer survived the gunshot because he believed that his mojo wasn’t there. That his mojo was tied to his vulnerability around Chloe (Chloe made Lucifer vulnerable the second he wasn’t able to coax her into revealing her desire). So with that belief that mojo was gone, the belief of his vulnerability was also gone. I thought of this differently back then. There was a scene in this episode where Lucifer was paralysed due to effects of a drug and Chloe almost died and Lucifer couldn’t move a finger. I thought Lucifer felt the NEED to protect Chloe and hence convinced his subconscious to stop being vulnerable around her.
Lucifer believed subconsciously that relationships are about "give and take", but later on he learns about relationships being about "empowering" each other.
