ഇത്ര എളുപ്പമാണോ വുഡ് പോളിഷ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് , സിമ്പിൾ ആയ മൂന്ന് സ്റ്റെപ്പ്,
വെറും വെറും 500 രൂപ ചിലവാക്കി ഫർണിച്ചർ പോളിഷ് ചെയ്യാം.
വാതിലോ, കട്ടിലോ മേശയോ , എന്ത് തരം ഫർണിച്ചർ ആകട്ടെ ഈസി ആയി
വളരെ ചിലവ് കുറഞ്ഞു, നിങ്ങളുടെ സമയത്തിന് അനുസരിച്ചു പോളിഷ് ചെയ്യാം.
സ്റ്റെപ് : 01 - സാൻഡിങ്
സാൻഡിങ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് വേണ്ട പേപ്പർ - 100, 150 , 220.
ആദ്യം 100-ൻറെ സാൻഡ് പേപ്പർ ഇട്ടു നന്നായി മരം ഉരസി മിനുസപ്പെടുത്തുക , ഇതു പോലെ 150,220 എന്നിവയും ചെയ്തു മരം കൂടുതൽ മിനുസം വരുത്തുക.
പൊടി എല്ലാം'ഒരു പഴയ തുണി കൊണ്ട് നന്നായി തുടച്ചു വൃത്തി ആകുക.
സ്റ്റെപ് : 02 - സീലിംഗ്
സീലിംഗ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടവ - സീലെർ , തിന്നർ.
സീലർ തിന്നർ ഒഴിച്ച് മിക്സ് ചെയ്‌തു ലൂസ് ചെയ്യുക 10:1 എന്ന അനുപാതത്തിൽ ചേർക്കുക
സീലർ മരത്തിൽ അടിച്ചു 6-8 മണിക്കൂർ വെയിലത്ത് വച്ച് ഉണക്കി എടുക്കുക.
അതിനു ശേഷം 220-ൻറെ സാൻഡ് പേപ്പർ ഇട്ടു ഉരസി മിനുസപ്പെടുത്തുക, ഇനി ഒരു കോട്ട് കൂടി സീലെർ അടിച്ചു ഉണക്കാൻ വിടുക. വീണ്ടും 220-ൻറെ സാൻഡ് പേപ്പർ ഇട്ടു ഉരസി മിനുസപ്പെടുത്തുക.
നന്നായി പൊടി തുടച്ചു കളയുക.
സ്റ്റെപ് : 03 - പോളിഷിംഗ്
ഷീൻ ലക്ക് പോളിഷ് ,10:1 എന്ന അനുപാതത്തിൽ തിന്നർ ഒഴിച്ച് മിക്സ് ചെയ്‌തു ലൂസ് ചെയ്യുക.
പോളിഷ് അടിച്ചു 4 -5 മണിക്കൂർ വെയിലത്ത് വച്ച് ഉണക്കി എടുക്കുക.
അതിനു ശേഷം 220-ൻറെ സാൻഡ് പേപ്പർ ഇട്ടു ഉരസി മിനുസപ്പെടുത്തുക, ഇനി ഒരു കോട്ട് കൂടി അടിച്ചു ഉണക്കാൻ വിടുക.
വേണമെങ്കിൽ തിളക്കം കൂടുതൽ ലഭിക്കാൻ മൂന്നാമത്തെ കോട്ട് കൂടി അടിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
