you didn't connect the ice miner slag output to the belt correctly
My immediate first thought is, "Why has he not dug out that entire underground? He's playing like he's in a confined space when the entire underground can be dug out like Techtonica."
The main problem im noticing with alot of these game channels, is that the player is way to focused on just talking through the entire thing. I think they are trying to keep talking, so we know what goes on in their head (which we really dont, but oh well) an it gets to a point that they become oblivious to stuff right in front of them. If some would just, breath...an take a second or two to look around the screen like us back seat gamers do, they would notice alot more.
For example, I was watching Cowboy play a game. Bro was talking, trying to do this puzzle fast, always resetting it. Then he got the puzzle right, but still had it in his head he had to keep talking an going fast, reset the whole thing an I just wanted to scream. Then he got it right again, never checked, an saved it for the next video WHILE CORRECT. Next video comes up, still correct (for the right side to get loot) an resets it an looks up a guide lol. Like bro, slow down, the game isnt going anywhere lol
Because you have limited drones, and it is very expensive to buy more, so having half tied up doing non-essential digging is more hurtful than helpful.
Also, something I noticed is that streamers n stuff purposefully doesn't do things too quickly to drag the streams/vids out. I mean I get it but at the same time, Z1 could've gotten a whole lot more accomplished in the allotted time. This is just my opinion.
i think it would be better to use a splitter on your titanium and metal line before the storages instead of having lines going directly form those storages into machines.
because now those machines (like the components factory) use up all those resources.
if you split those belts before the storage, part of those resources go into the machines and part of them go into storage.
with your current set up you don't have any metal left over for building stuff, because the component factory uses it all.
in case you missed it the hydroponics farms look like they use slag to make food and idk where they were getting it from exactly but i don't think dumping all the slag into concrete production is going to end well.
Random Tip (31:00) - You can often just buy the materials needed to satisfy the lucrative contracts. This lets you still make some decent money and get the extra research & rep
Look at selling food back to earth. Good money for it as there's always a demand for food on earth.
He wonders why he doesn't have enough power, but doesn't replace small solar panels with larger ones! *facepalm*
Should probably put back the old smart concrete factory to turn the floor scraps into smart concrete to supplement your production shortage

Good show but you seem to always forget to send out your vehicles. They gain you resources when you send your drone vehicle and scan then send your cargo vehicle out and then you can gain free resources.
Also for power you should put some batteries down below. Also why aren't you salvaging materials?
When do you plan on playing more scrap mechanic crashlander? Or was that all of it?
Did you not connect one of the slag lines?, just after it comes out from the underground tunnel it does not join you slag line. (as far as I can see).

Hey Z did you know that your res can and will die out?
There is a large digging vehicle you can get later that digs out from the surface map (rover area), so more stuff than you could ever use before finishing the game.
