Gensou Shoujo Taisen Kou (Lunatic) - Stage 1 (Marisa): "Departure"

Had some experience playing with Normal (or known in Complete Box as Normal+) difficulty, I decided to try out GST Kou's Lunatic difficulty.
I actually felt that I had an easier time with Marisa compared to Reimu. Probably because Reimu is extremely vulnerable until Keine arrives, while Marisa starts with Nitori by her side. Still makes me wonder if this game is rigged or not though.
The story so far:
"Several days have passed since a crimson mist harmful to humans covered over all of Gensoukyou. The Ordinary Magician, Kirisame Marisa, set out to investigate this incident.
Appearing before Marisa, who has just begun her new departure, was the silhouette of a Youkai from the mountain. Just what is the true nature of this crimson mist? And who is this "another shrine maiden" that the Youkai from the mountain is talking about?"
