The incident resolving team encounters Sakuya and Meiling in the Human Village. Meiling escapes while Sakuya buys time.
Definitely one of the hardest stages of the game to achieve the EX condition and shoot down all enemies, including Sakuya. Since Sakuya retreats at 4500 HP, coupled with her Special Skill "Elegant" which nullifies our ability to deal Critical hits, Keine's Headbutt + Support Attack from Nitori's Nobiiru Arm is the easiest and safest method to shoot Sakuya down.
The story so far:
"Reimu's team and Marisa's team, all going after the incident, cross paths in the Human Village. As the two parties exchange information, Izayoi Sakuya and Hong Meiling appear before them. With the duo claiming that they are related to the mist incident, will the parties be capable of capturing them?"
