She is passionately interested in how the risk of memory loss and Alzheimer’s disease can be mitigated, if not prevented through the combination of appropriate medical care and lifestyle modifications involving diet, nutrition, physical and intellectual fitness.
Dr. Mosconi has published over 100 peer-reviewed papers in prestigious medical journals, and she has received several fellowships, Federal and non-Federal grants, as well as private donations to support her research. Her work has been presented at over 80 international conferences leading to press releases involving TV and radio networks worldwide (CNN, CBS, NBC, the Today Show, the Doctors show, etc.) and major print media.
She is the author of the instant New York Times bestseller THE XX BRAIN: the Groundbreaking Science Empowering Women to Maximize Cognitive Health and Prevent Alzheimer’s Disease and of BRAIN FOOD: The Surprising Science of Eating for Cognitive Power.
It was a pleasure to have her on the show and learn how we can all start mitigating the risk of Alzheimer’s and keep our brains healthy and active as we age! She has so much valuable wisdom to share, and it’s all backed by science!

I feel so good listening to the interviews with your guests, Mr. Lewis Howes.
Your way of asking questions to your guests is respectful, courteous, but they have nothing academic in them and are simple and accessible to all who listen to them. In all your interviews there is a sincere desire to inspire us, to find out and to share new things with us or to refresh notions and things that we have forgotten have existed over the years. All your guests feel free to be themselves and to forget for the moment their degrees of preparation, lower them to the level of being human, friendly as you are.
You have an ability to adapt and become friendly to each of your guests and I sincerely believe that they are happy to return to your show. Congratulations and thanks again for what you have achieved through these interviews of yours!
I wish you a happy new year and especially stay as we know you over the years: brilliant, courteous, friendly and especially with a living desire to know and learn as much as possible!
    Happy New Year 2022!!!!!

Thank you Lewis for this interview! This is very helpful as I have gone through menopause and my doctor was against hormones which I have not taken, and I’m a pretty healthy person other than sugar intake, but going through it was 💯 awful and I really had very little knowledge of how to get through most of it as I was raised by a paternal grandmother and my mother was not in the picture (they both passed when I was in my 20’s) and no siblings and I had no preparation for what I went through and still need things to help in my future

We don't want to do multi-tasking because it causes stresses and fatigues but we have no choice so we can be effective in every aspects of our life. We often sleep late due to chores at house. Prepare everything not just for ourselves. Thinking chores to do next while doing the first chore. I think that's the most common causes of most women why they got alzeihmers than men. We do it everyday.

I think people need to stop asking whether vegetarian, vegan or meat, do you need meat to be healthy questions. There is no one diet that anyone has followed for whole life. Most of these people who decry vegan is the way or vegetarian only started this in their adult lives after probably consuming meat as a child or who switched from vegetarian growing up to now eating meat as an adult. It will probably vary depending on one's life as well when they say you need supplements on vegan and vegetarian diets as an obvious sign which approach is healthiest for people.

Fact: the biggest factor in mental retardation in the world, no question, is lack of iodine, particularly on the developing fetus. This effects billions of people, literally. But does the medical community look at this? Hell no. Iodine is one of those verboten elements. They do have a recommended quantity, but it is soo low as to be amusing. Seriously, the practitioners have no clue. They have been lied to by the top psychopaths who teach them. It is all about money / control / eugenics. They want you to retire and die early. And they do not want you to be smart enough to recognize what is being done to you by "them".

The Worlds population is less than 8 billions, in Sweden they put iodine in the salt, I have never heard of iodine deficiency. There is less iodine in food now due to the lack of in the soil. But do you mean billions of people are mentally
retarded or just less intelligent than they could have been? And that authorities in China and India don’t supplement their own people if that’s the case? In Sweden where authorities and healthcare follow all children’s development. Babies and toddlers get supplementary vitamin D, in Finland everybody gets it till they are 18 years. But I’ve never heard that lack of Iodine should be a problem.
In Central Europe in 1950ies and earlier there were regions where congenital hypothyroidism due to lack of iodine existed, the children had growth defects and mental disabilities, they were called
“Cretins”. The folk saga of Snowhite and the twelve dwarves was eventually of such kretins. But billions, you have got your numbers wrong.
      Greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪🇪🇪
