Remove the odor source and then gas off the entire interior volume including the air handler, HVAC ductwork, ceilings, walls, floors and inside and outside of all cabinets and vanities with ClO2. Cost varies by provider and location--we use MUCH MUCH more ClO2 than anyone else in AZ due to low humidity, whereas higher humidity areas needs less ClO2. Where are you located?
