Netherlands opens MH17 monument three years after tragedy

Relatives of those killed in the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 on July 17, 2014 by a Russian-made BUK missile over eastern Ukraine attended a ceremony to unveil the monument in a park near Amsterdam on July 17, 2017.
