Starting New Road for Unique Build- Top Dressing Field with Power Rake

- Rented Dirt Perfects Kubota SVL 90-2 skid steer to work on the youtube yacht access road for the new building site. We also took all the dirt from the failing drainage ditch repair and used that to top dress the field. Using the power rake on the skid, we finished it all off and I think it turned out great. Hope you enjoy!

I was thinking if you collect and recycled D.P.'s Pepsi cans it'd be a little extra in the coffee can funds. Right now every 32 cans is roughly 20 cents. If I cash in my pop cans it equals a free case of pop once a year. The place is looking good.

Did we perhaps hear a bit of a slip up as you talked about the CZcams Yacht and told us more about the final description of it being based on a stern wheeler tow boat?
I know you had mentioned that you’re basing it on an actual boat that worked the Ohio River but I don’t recall you mentioning it was a stern wheel design. Perhaps I missed something when I wasn’t paying attention well enough for the weekly test. 🤔
Wayne Crews well we have pretty much been through a dozen different revisions, little tweaks here and there that have lead to its own creation. But you heard correctly, a stern wheeler.

Speaking of dog... reminded me of a story. It all began at the dinner table. My 8 yr old daughter’s bus-ghetti smeared face looks at me and says, “Daddy, did you know that boy dogs have a squirt gun?”
I look into my wife’s bugged out eyes, turn back and ask, “What do you mean?” She answers, “Tippy does.”
Well that’s all I needed to hear. You see, neighbor Donnie (the best housewife on the block) had a male dog named Tippy.
Tippy was what you might refer to as a ‘one trick puppy’. Every time you approached him he would lay down, roll over on his back and expose his belly for you to scratch. The trick was that as soon as you touched him, he started spraying like a shaken up bottle of warm Mountain Dew.
Initially, Donnie was rather proud of Tippy for learning this trick. You see when he was younger he used to shake his legs like he was running. However Tippy was starting to age and had recently acquired the Canine equivalent of male incontinence. Thus, developing a squirt gun that he could produce on demand. And... enlightening my 8 yr old to the unique attributes that make a boy dog a male!
When I asked Donnie what he was going to do about Tippy’s problem he said, “I guess we’ll have to tell everyone not to pet him.” And, as with most problems that Donnie had.... just like that, the problem was solved!!!
Cap’n, Tippy actually became a legend in our neighborhood... but that’s a story for another day. Stay safe and keep smiling.

Is your plan to manage the rental cabin yourselves or hire a company to do so? I think you would receive a better response if you do it your self. I know it will be a lot of work but I think people would apperciate it more. Just an idea, keep up the good work and keep them updates coming

Quick question. At around 6:40, the tree shadows starting getting jumpy but the skid steer seems smooth with no issues, no speed adjustments or anything. Any idea what causes that?
Why not just put the dirt on top of grass ?
How's the power rake over ground vines will it pulverize them or will they wrap around it ?

I have a friend that has some rental cabins in the Hocking Hills and he has found that a "hot tub" is almost a necessary item to rent the cabins. Have you found that is the situation in your area?
MrTodd51 hot tubs are a must. Where at in hocking hills? My wife and I have been talking about a trip there. Maybe we will check out his cabins!

Disney is a great place to go to be when they overpopulated by 10 times the capacity of it you don't get to do anything and you get to stand in line all day your whole day consist of going on a it's 90% standing in line waiting for the ride that you get to go talk about put its bits to overgrow S way too expensive in every way to those who stays around Disney has their little cheap motel rooms them because their tugboats and why they're going to come stay there and stay there because it's available it is usable and there's usually gives the land you basically you're spending all your money to sleep and all your money to stand in line

The places that you stay will you wanna go to a motel you want affordability you want privacy you don't wanna be basically next to the next person but begin a tugwell really is going to make you wanna go to that place versus Motel 6 for $70 you get a bed and maybe 5' of space around it in a bathroom now the bathroom could have the most fancy as frichtit doesn't matter if it works it works if you can't entertain it it's useless we don't have common areas will you can gather together it's no fun to go to these places if we just hang out by yourself and your is based that. opened the tugboat will be cool in your only outside of it but shall be wanting to go inside the building you sleep for 8 hours and then you're up for 8 hours if you're there all day when he gonna do inside the building for 8 hours that's cook cool to do in it that when you are awake hours you gonna cook you're gonna have places to gather atman inside the tugboat you not building a big property in and make desolate Room for you to sleep bathrooms are designed only have small spaces used up casillo a lack of space in a movie I mean realistically what's the cool places in the house to hang out at when you're basically renting a property either in the kitchen or you're in the living Room and then you're in your bedrooms and if they're not spacious than the rough on the be in but full time living for a long period of time all comes down to basically bare amenities how much heat do I have to spend the keep this place for the winner the summer if you're in that kind of environment were nature's lore I want to be outside looks the time if the bugs in all the things that are flying around in the air make you not want to go outside look at the Lake within have wanna have a view of it I guess through the glass but a camera can solve that problem you could be nowhere near a Lake and put us big TV up a view looking at the Lake I does showing a Lake it makes those sets with like will you see an RVUC up bus RV manage and fixtures all that it comes down to it it's got beds it's got space and its looks nice big deal if it has a working kitchen that has good fixtures gignunt cook on it might that look like a million dollar home it's functional both is long as it's warm and had a space in a trailer are we in its reliable is what you're looking for in the end not what I'll what it looked like when I read before I rented it it sucked me in and it turns out to be a piece of junk property Like Disney it's great to go there but the lines make a place unfunded go to a you can only get a couple things will and the place is beautiful but you're stuck in in line waiting to go up thou of 5 second ride
And say you were renting the Lake house and then your neighbors out there shooting guns and it's got its chickens going office cows in his pigs and is loud boat would you wanna run a property than me where the sounds every day or so loud in that noisy where is your place gonna be one little quiet place to go hang how the Amber nature's cool everything is peachy king in the duct and squirrels are all happy but then that means everybody's property around you is clean in nobody's making noise on the weekends so if your neighbor's house was all set up to a his guess now are basically being bombarded by your tractor it will develop 1 place to read that day
It's like good people that live in the airport to get to fly their plane in and park it in front of the airport where the people that live in a golf course where they got the pawns in the the people playing golf to get to watch him hit shots that will make a lot of noise it is all in walk by their property and they hit the ball then there's the people that have the farm that they got the goats and the horses in the pigs just as people to look at them they no actually it's not a functioning farm at me it's a piece of property that lays great look in if you're rich I get to have this view would you get a maintain that property it's good if you have a acre to acre 3 guate it requires it to make it look good you have to spell 2 or 3 weeks the year grooming it that's work unless you could afford to hire that out it's not fun to do with what you're doing now is maintaining a property for window the guest come it's going to look beautiful so what day are you going to be cleaning up the property in the guesser going to be spend the night there then I could a wanna be there on the days they added that they ammo and long are the groom in the property or blowing offer dry way

So you're building something the basi once it's aunt gland is built you're building a cabin by the water and the made yours different than anybody else's you're trying to make it like Disneyland to make yours top the other guys believe does it matter then lets you build how you build it and what will you put it on his long as it doesn't have maintenance problems that's the key to all of it the tugboat is this cosmetic junk
