I've not heard of meal coupons in Netherlands bro... Regarding work permit, if you have a temporary work contract then your work visa will be mostly 1 year.. but if you get a permanent job contract then you get a work visa for 5 years...

Bro, why when we include holiday allowance tick mark, the net salary decreases?
If we exclude holiday allowance then tax is less?
Holiday allowance is paid on annual basis.. so your monthly net goes down
