Manny!!I have a similar relationship to anxiety as you. Panic attacks are very scary. Highlyyyyyy recommend reading the book:
"Rewire Your Anxious Brain: How to Use the Neuroscience of Fear to End Anxiety, Panic, and Worry"
Such an easy read and describes whats going on in your mind and body. Knowledge is power! This book changed my life. Im sure it will work wonders for you too!

I take antipsychotics and I’ve taken them for 12 years. I wish it were as easy to come off these things as my Wellbutrin but it’s really not the case :( It’s hard for anyone dealing with this and I wish everyone such success in their transitions

Thanks for talking about that topic Manny. I relate so much, I’ve been taking anxiety medication for almost 10 years now. I’m taking the lowest dose and is hard, even when I understand the symptoms. Sending love and peace during the journey 💞
