Because there’s so many pores filled so close together, I think the way she is removing the plugs is a good one. They use some pressure and some help with the needle. Squeezing leaves damage to the pores and ripping the skin in other ways. I wish they would start showing an entire appointment (just once in awhile), so we can all see what happens before and after they start removing the plugs and popping the pimples.
I’m a dermatologist and your clinic and methods are primitive. The needle is discoloured at the beginning of the video. I’m assuming it’s because it’s been put into a flame to make it sterile? Disposable needles are inexpensive and patients deserve at least that. You’re working on the patient’s face/forehead and are collecting the little ‘bean capsules’ from the pores on your glove. Wipe it on a tissue and clean your patient’s skin regularly throughout the procedure!!! I wouldn’t let you come anywhere near one of my patients.

Are you the client in the video? What does your diet consist of? Plant based diet is helpful! Cut out fried or processed foods. Do you drink at least 2-3 liters of pure water each day?
