Rip a DVD with Chapters as files with handbrake quickly

I needed to rip a bunch of DVDs and rip each chapter to it's own file.I couldn't find a really quick easy way to set it up since each DVD I'm ripping has 40 chapters. So here's my quick and dirty solution.
