- Check out one of three new animated stories for Starfield showcasing some of the major cities in the Settled Systems.
In the city of New Atlantis, capital of the United Colonies, Kent, a courier pilot, aspires to live in the most desirable part of the settled systems. After joining the UC Vanguard and working his way up to the Capital’s elite, Kent quickly realizes the adventures waiting for him off-planet are what he truly longed for.
Starfield launches on Xbox Series X|S and PC on September 6, 2023.

Hard disagree, respectfully. Much more hopeful. Fallout 4 theme is very dark. This reminded me of ET actually: open/vast, exploration/mystery.

This looks so good I can’t wait for this game to come out, I really hope Bethesda learned their lesson from 76

Bethesda oversaw and published 76, but were not the ones that developed it. The gameplay and story decisions of that game were done by a studio that had zero experience making online games, so it was doomed to fail (still Beth's fault for choosing that studio). Bethesda's people were working on other projects, mostly on Starfield during 76.

Well the video has nothing to do with the game, so i would not expect much.
This is just based in the Starfield universe.
You know, like the new The Witcher season.
It has nothing to do with the actual The Witcher, it is just loosely based on it.

@@coopernut Almost every single game the main dev team has made has been amazing. Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3, Fallout 4. How do they stink?
@IiImonix3 fallout is my fav game franchise. I like 4 a lot but it is kinda stinky. I don't like 3. I also appreciate skyrim for what it did but it isn't that good and it is overrated a tad. Then there is fallout 76 as well. It's just business practices and lack of caring.

Nah, people are still buying it on Steam because modding Gamepass games is very limited. No Script Extender etc.

I hear the intro song and basically immediately get mad cuz it is just fallout. I feel it in my bones that this game isn't gonna do well
So it's not an updated in game trailer, I'm feeling skeptical more and more with this game because I don't fully trust Bethesda releasing a large scale game without more than a few major bugs I need to see up to date excerpts of it at least.
Dude you are part of the few Bethesda fans, that knows and understands that Bethesda is known as "Bugthesda" for a very good reason...
I will definitely play this game on PC, but I know for a Bethesda track record fact, that this game is not and will not be as big and hypefull as the majority is pretending the game to be.
Bethesda has a perfect record of buggy games at launch and even for the lifetime of the game.
Here is to hoping for the best.
But this animated trailer feels more of a thing that says "hey look over here"… to hide what is really over there. Again, hoping to be wrong.
The last Xbox showcase they did a hour deep dive if you wana see depth about the game

@@Nimufufu Bud if we are here that means we have all seen that showcase. Those 45 minutes were about 8 minutes of almost gameplay, 22 minutes of menu, and the rest was talk.
Gameplay is something like the Spiderman 2 reveal gameplay, a mission, or part of a mission that really showcases the core and what we can expect from the game, the Starfield showcase didn't quite hit that note.
@@ADRzone I've seen the showcase but our tech sort of isn't at that level to hold a full universe game like that, we can't even have a star wars game like that period so I'll wait and see until further notice because most AAA games are sort of tanking ATM
