Two things can be right at the same time, he wasn’t ready, he should not have gotten into this and he wanted the fun and the experience and not the responsibility of having that experience. He made excuses for his lack of readiness rather than own it as a character profile of shadiness, manipulation, deception and selfishness. The impact of how he handled it reveals that he is not trustworthy. It’s like lying on a resume and then when you get called out giving a sob story that you thought you could do the things you listed on the resume but nobody ever taught you. He lied. Plain and simple, it’s less about why he did it and more about the fact that he did it consciously, intentionally, and deliberately for his own self serving reasons. AD has very questionable decision making and it shows her not being anchored enough in her own wisdom to even attempt to see it through.

I’m talking to a Virgo man and he has childhood abandonment issues from his biological mother. I’ve known him to be friends for 3 years now and we had great chemistry until he decided he wasn’t ready for a relationship. I was soooo hurt but I know deep down he cares about me a lot . We are slowly working on our friendship since we’ve both ghosted eachother for 6 months. I did encourage him to forgive his mother but he still needs to work on that trauma .

That’s a crazy thing to get married after 6 weeks. I don’t blame him. I don’t think I could get married after that short of a time. If you ask me if she was already attacking his character he dodged a bullet because to me he was showing more respect for her by not getting into a commitment when he wasn’t ready.

I did not see what you saw. She never said anything. She was in her room crying. He was hugging her telling her this wasn't the end. He ask could he hug her. She was sweet crying and stunned. I don't know what show you saw. Anyway him and his mother were on a show talking about Clay's trauma. Everyone please look at the show. Clay is now saying AD is the love of his life and he made a mistake. He had no business on this show. The purpose of the Love is blind show is to find love with the end goal to marry. Stay off shows like this if you can't commit. Foolishness.

This is gone be the downfall of my relationship. I need to cut my ties now and I don’t love him any less but I realize it more than likely it will happen in time. Although he tells me I’m the one for him but I wonder does he just tell me what I wanna hear. I try to tell him the reality of the situation and he wants me to feed me the fantasy, and Ik that it takes more than words to keep us together and he shouldn’t feed me what he thinks will make me not question things because he doesn’t wanna have an argument or a discussion in my case, but a focus on the truth.

To me this story sounds like the woman was more in it about a wedding and a ring but the man was truly thinking about being a good husband to her. When he realized that he wasn’t ready he backed up. That means he actually cares for her. Her reaction shows her character she doesn’t care about his feelings only hers and to me attacking his character shows how her behavior will be in the future when they have disagreements. She doesn’t have a growth mindset he does. He went to counseling and worked on himself that is truly a rare thing if she didn’t even appreciate that and wants to continue to be bitter that he wasn’t ready to commit after only 6 weeks. The fact that she has no compassion or understanding around that at all he should count his blessings and move on and find a woman who’s focused is on being a loving and supportive wife to him.
