Is it me or once you know the double lift exists it's impossible not to notice it?

Depend on how fast it is done. He gets slow during the double lift, so it is easy notice

Double lifts should not be done fast! If u need to do it fast you're not doibg it right.
Learn to do it where you can do it slowly whilst being watched directly and not be noticeable. Or keep rushibg past a crap version you never practiced enough, its up to you.
His double lift is not natural looking at all. He's got a death grip on the cards. You need to do a push off double and let the cards fall naturally after the turn over. Many people fear this...but fear not, the cards will stay together.
For 2 card monte, i always palm off the 2 cards left on top of the deck at the end of the trick, then I will reach into my pocket, say the 2 cards are always in my pocket. :)

the part where you talking about signing the 6 of spades doesnt make sense to me. so you have the spectator make a selection and sign that card right? so does the spectator sign the 6 of spades or do YOU sign the 6 of spades? im pretty confused on that, so i will probably not even bother with signing any cards.

Personally, I like Monty with two double lifts. Smoother performance, and the "teaching" or "showing" allows ample time and distraction to cause the top card to disappear in the deck, and then you've got half your cleanup already done part-way through this trick. DLs are easier to pull off well, even by amateurs.
You guys are getting a lot of negative feedback but I liked it. Even thought I know how the truck is done, great performers will always have me entertained.

when i do the marlow tilt my spectators aways say that it is not going in the middle

first tilt the card on top and get a break . then push the selection into the middle but not all the way and take it out. now that they are convinced its in middle do the move

I prefer to have one of the aces on the bottom of the deck. That way you can just do a double as usual and do a bottom switch instead of a top switch. Just an idea.
