Boots are my secret weapon for this. Down with a bit of a heel.
At 5’3 it’s all smoke and mirrors and you do the best you can . For Instagram chose your backgrounds carefully any thing that has scale is a no . A shrub or fence that is the same height or higher will make you look even shorter. Monochrome and low contrast and high rise is especially important especially your pants should be darker than your shirt it brings visual attention upwards .

High rise trousers are making a comeback! There’s a reason why that’s all they wore back in the day, the knew how to dress to compliment body types. I’m all for starting that movement! 👍🏼

Thx for advices with pants. I notice slight or no break even in jeans work superb.But i dont use flashy socks with no break. Because i notice if socks are flashy colours , from back and side they made look leg shorter. Socks wit same colour as pants and shoes help for nice flow from hem to upper shoe.

Have you guys made any videos on how to get nicely tailored dress pants like the ones you’re wearing in this video? I’m new to the channel. I’m already tall but I have a long mid section and it’s hard to find dress pants that are fitted correctly.

Thank you for your tips. Another tip I may add although a bit obvious to some is to try to avoid some high cut sneakers when wearing shorts, unless your playing sports. I'm 5'8 btw. 😂

I’m 5 foot 6 inches tall, I’ve finally managed to build a 6 pack and now I realised I’m looking too small in anything I wear and don’t know what to wear anymore to not look like a kid.

Good video. I don't understand why so many companies make trousers with low waists nowadays. The only thing I can think is they're trying to save money on fabric, but a higher waist is much better in my opinion.
It was a style for a very long time.
Maybe they have so much invested in that cut now, they don't want to change. Even now, 2023, low rise pants are 95+% of the store stock.

I live near six flags & work in buckhead I CANT FIND TAILOR!!! Every time I see a dry cleaner that’s says “alterations” I go inside & there’s a rushed Korean lady telling me “we don’t do anymore”
