They offered me a mobile buyout program when I sign up, but the sales rep didn’t transfer correctly so now I’m stuck paying out of pocket. After multiple calls & talking to multiple managers they acknowledged the mistake they made, but refused to do anything about it.

Exactly what happened to us. And the cable for our internet is laying on top of the ground across our yard. Been this way for a month now. By far the worst company we have ever dealt with. Can't wait to go back to att.
My experience with spectrum so far doesn’t feel any different from my 11 years with Verizon. I mean, I’m sure it’s not EXACTLY the same, but it’s good enough. I do live across the country from you though, so idk if that makes a difference. I guess all I’m saying is I’m not paying $180 plus JUST FOR PLANS when I can use spectrum that still connects to Verizon’s UW band for $79
I don't blame you at all, as a matter of fact, I've heard many people who had Verizon before say the same thing.

That s24 ultra is a clone device. They cloned mine as well. They are fake. The serial number will read true but when you check the box, the firmware version doesn't match and the build date will be September 2023. The cameras will be 12 mp 12 mp and 20 mp. The screen will only register at 712x324 even on the qhd. Pay close attention to your display settings. The HD HD plus and qgd will make no difference. Your camera will preform like a low marketed a50. When you power thr device on, the device doesn't read s24 with Samsung. Check out the clone device vs real device youtube video. They duped you for 1400 dollars just like me.
Hey, I appreciate the comment. I got to be honest nothing here matches my experience. I checked everything you mentioned and it doesn’t match. But I’m sorry to hear about what happened with yours. I did go directly to the Spectrum store and I did the trade in there and pick up the devices all of the same appointment. Another commenter mentioned they got screwed on their trade-in, which is why I always trade in store if that’s not an option I don’t do it except for Samsung, which I haven’t had an issue with.
