Here is a quick video to show how to use the Brieftons QuickPrep Mandoline Slicer. Please watch it in full as it will help you make the most out of your tool.
WHAT CAN THE MANDOLINE SLICER DO?
The Brieftons QuickPrep mandoline slicer lets you get creative prepping your vegetables with 4 cutting modes (slices, chips/fries, thin strips/juliennes, wavy chips), built-in julienne blades with 3 blade modes (for 3mm-wide, 6mm-wide, and 12mm-wide cuts), and adjustable cutting thicknesses (from 1mm to 7mm).
    COMPONENTS & CONTROLS
Please familiarize yourself with the various components of your mandoline slicer...
2 removable slicer blades (Straight Slicer blade, and Wavy Slicer blade)
    Blade storage caddy
    Foldable feet
    Handle
    Nooks
    Thickness platform
Thickness dial (to adjust the cutting thickness between 1mm and 7mm)
Julienne dial (to adjust julienne blade modes)
Built-in julienne blades with 3 blade modes for 3mm-wide, 6mm-wide, and 12mm-wide cuts
    Julienne blades' cover
    Food holder
HOW TO USE THE MANDOLINE SLICER
    - Pull out the foldable feet all the way until they lock into position.
    - Place the mandoline slicer on a stable, flat surface.
    - Insert the blade of your choice i.e. either the Straight Slicer blade, or the Wavy Slicer blade.
    - Turn the thickness dial to adjust the cutting thickness. You should see the thickness platform move up or down accordingly. Stop turning the dial once the gap between the installed slicer blade and the thickness platform is the same as the thickness you want to have for your cuts.
    - Pull the julienne dial out, then turn it to select the desired julienne blades (for 3mm-wide, 6mm-wide, or 12mm-wide cuts). You should see the julienne blades appear above the thickness platform.
    - Affix food firmly into food holder's pins. If the food is too big, cut it into smaller pieces to fit the food holder.
    - Hold the handle and push food holder forward to cut the food.
    - The mandoline slicer can be used with a container underneath to catch the sliced foods. To do so, fold the foldable feet, then place the mandoline slicer on a container. Make sure the mandoline slicer's nooks rest on the edge of the container for extra stability.
    HOW TO CHANGE BLADES
The mandoline slicer comes with 2 removable slicer blades, namely a Straight Slicer blade, and a Wavy Slicer blade.
To change from one slicer blade to the other, do the following:
    - Switch the lock button at the bottom of the mandoline slicer to the unlocked position. This will release the installed blade.
    - Pull the blade out.
    - Insert the desired blade into its slot on the mandoline slicer, until it clicks into position.

I ordered this product from Amazon last week, and will order the recipe book soon. I had one a long time ago, but not like this, when I saw the the wavy chips. and I love eating Ruffles chips. I was sold. and making French fries with vegetables besides potatoes. and I'm getting ready to buy a air fryer that's in my price range. 😊
