From the Frozen Leviathan to the depths of the Perlin void, Everything just seems so cool. The new sequence features work from the original Subnautica voice actor under the name Avery whom flew the sunbeam, I'm so freaking happy they got that same actor to do more work with them!! The fact they actually used my terrible voice acting is a bonus xD Thanks to the sponsor i'll be funding something BIG soon and i'll be making sure it's publicly available for free from day one so people can play as it's updated :)

I love how the Bloop is always like “hello friend welcome back” in most of his subnautica videos the bloop appears in the most random spots it’s so funny XD. Even if he spawned it it still scares him because he forgot it was there. 😂

In order to cut costs the mod developers had 4 year old Timmy make the Perlin void out of Play-Doh. Anthomnia was not impressed, Timmy was devastated. 😂

Please turn fog off more often. Nothing sucks more than watching essentially a black screen when your trying to show something in the void
the void itself is very dark, so even if he kept fog off the whole time u still wouldnt be able to see much.

Subnautica has a perspective problem that makes things look smaller than they are. I'm pretty sure the Garg is actually as big as it looks here.
I will say that gargantuan is a juvenile and it's adult counterpart will be 5x bigger i can't imagine that size

Something I would really love to see in subnautica would be the single cell biome. The whole concept of a creature engulfing the entirety of the void floor is so cool!
That's when you wish there were waves in subnautica... I hope we'll get a subnautica 2 even bigger some day... (considering bz was somewhat 1.5) with better physics.
The size of the world has always been an issue for me at least because you see everything a bit too fast + I was always sad the kelp biome was so small.
I mean waves are cool, but you can see why they didn't do it, 90% of the subnautica gameplay is underwater lol
@@seconds4decay Yes but you still come back at the surface sometimes because you miss the sky ! I love how they made the waves in Sea of thieves, it gives the game that special something. Well, okay, it's a pirate game where you're 90% of the time on the surface but still ! (there are some subnautica moments)
Yeah, size was always an issue for me as well, the I never used the Cyclops and always thought it was pretty useless because I could get anywhere I wanted to go in my Seamoth or prawn suit. I just wish the map was bigger so it would be more useful
We need a map big enough where power calls running out is an issue for vechiles
The colors in the perlin void are due to how it works, it's perlin noise. It randomly makes a pattern consisting of the 3 colors which are then all turned into heights. It seems it kept that texture from the pattern though.
Kinda random, but for the longest time last year, I went through a few weeks of nothing but nightmares about being eaten by the bloop over and over and over again. Apparently they were indeed nightmare fuel.
What's really terrifying is how the garg, assuming the cutscene is accurate, was just watching the sunbeam fly closer and closer, waiting to strike from the water a few meters below the surface, coiled up for a huge leap. If they scanned the water instead they may have noticed it and steered clear, saving their lives
Edit: aww, they stole it? What a scumbag. At least he had you here to represent him, so his work still properly got credited

Because the devs of this mod were tricked into buying this model by a third party thinking it was an original model they've already spoken about this with Tanguy
I think personally the Garg didn’t *really* notice the sunbeam at all until the gun went off. Such a HUGE piece of technology rumbling to life would certainly “wake up” or alert a huge super predator
Since Minder was talking to the Return of the Ancients team, we should get an official atlas sub in Return of the Ancients.
Incredible to see yet another light into the future of Subnautica modding! Sucks that is sparked from theft, but hey, we can make something good outta this!

Those Bloops were circling you like hungry Sandsharks! Most likely with the same intentions, but to a Bloop you're a snack while to a Sandshark you're a meal!
i think the lifepods took heavy damage during the explosion and that's why they don't float
I really like the mod and a good ideas that should go with the mood is if they bring the submarine to the game they should make the game co-op because of how big the submarine is and it would be really fun for players to play with friend.
NGL I'd be mean in subnautica multiplayer, like populating the safe shallows with crabsquid, and enough jelly rays to keep them there, mean.
i would like this because then we could go out to the void and while someone drives the atlas 2 people could get a prawn suit and go out to the top of the sub and and start their assault on the garg

Anthomnia kept on freaking out about a sound he heard in the void. It sounded a lot like a Sea Dragon Leviathan, but could just be me.
Weird how much bigger the Garg Leviathan looks in the Sunbeam cutscene than the model
I think it’s a combination of the Garg’s bite and the insane pressures of the water that break the Sunbeam in the end.
Imagine exploring a cave just to realize it was that leviathan in the cutscene...

I still think the Garg moves WAYYYYY to fast considering its size

Not to mention a creature that big wouldn’t even be close to interested in consuming a creature as small as the player unless it was a filter feeder which we know it isn’t.

You do realize that was a super big leviathan, it grabbed a star ship... it was fricking massive. It makes since, a void with a what appears to be extreme depths would have the darkest horrers, and was woken by the Auroa crashing.
Oh my god that was an awesome scene I wish the console version of subnautica had mod support. I can’t believe the mod makers hired Avery Quinn’s voice actor for this scene.
A cool thing that the devs of the mod could add would be that in order to save Avery quins boys you have to build the Atlas and also that you have to get to the sunbeam wreck to get the shield he used to protect him from the gun and it would help the survivor stay save from the gargantuan’s bite.
The voice acting was integrated seamlessly, that's outstanding.
According to MangoYT, the Atlas mod dude, he paid someone to make him a model, but that guy stole the other model, and that’s why the Atlas looks stolen.
Is it just me or does the Garg need a splash for when it comes back down?

I love this Sub and really hope that this comes to life some day! I do love to see it one day in game! Hope that they make a change in it, the Scape Pod Bay could be transformed in a docking bay for Odyssey or Manta! that would be great!!
Literally everything in this video is purely awesome and shows EXTREME promise and possibilities for greatness can't wait for more updates good luck to the devs.
I dont know why but hearing Avery in the sunbeam while being dragged to the farthest depths of the planet is terrifying to me
the fact that the Perlin void looks like it was colored with a Perlin noise map makes me happy :)

The box in the void is in the base game of Subnautica and I found it wend I was doing stuff in creative and look in the void to check things out. You wend you go down in the void you can see the map is a cube I though hay im to see what's under here so I look and I found those types of cubes. When I freecam into to one there was nothing even when I use the terraform mod for some reason when I try to put a base in one of the cubes it would only go to 99%. So those cube may have a purpose but I don't now.

I used to watch a few of your videos every now and then back when subnautica 1 was still in early access and I kindve watched a few for below zero but then you just kinda disappeared for me but now I'm glad if found your channel again and I am super surprised there are this many mods for the game and I'm glad to see the debs are still doing things to make the game more interesting. I will more than likely watch a bunch of your videos now just so I can see all the cool things I've missed in the games as I have not been able to play either game yet

If I'm not mistaken the color on the Perlin void floor color represents either what material they will use or for water level. I'm most likely wrong about that but its just a guess.
