Hi , I need one study tip . I need to ask that do I have to do the cramming and memorise everything or just reading and understanding the concepts are enough and then practicing questions .?
@@user-kw3ko8ef2l reading and understand the concept works much better then just memorising as you tend to forget if you memorise but if you understand the concept it stays with you for a long time and help you understand the reasoning with case studies

@@tenzinbhuti1699 self study worked the best for me. I didn’t take any help from coaching centres and never looked into it so it is unjust for me to suggest any place as I don’t know how it would be.

Yes you can. You just need to get your eligibility done through NNAS and if you get the eligibility you can write the exam

You have to write NCLEX to get your license regardless of your post grad studies.

I have explained in the video how I studies these were the only tricks and tips I used while studying and for notes I did not make definitive notes I just made some rough things just to look back on while revising.

Are GNM nurse are eligible for writing nclex
It depends for where are you applying. The state board evaluates your education which includes your clinical areas of practice and hours and your syllabus for your course and based on that they give you eligibility. Sometimes GNM nurses with good experience get the eligibility but most of the times they are asked to do a bridging program. So it really depends on individual profile.

I stay in Ontario and I got my job within 3 weeks of clearing my NCLEX.
But getting the job doesn’t have to do anything with NCLEX. You have to do good in your interview. And if you do good in an interview you will surely get the job.
And I heard that diploma students can't practice as a RN in Ontario
Yes there is
If you have a diploma you might not get eligibility for RN but you can get eligibility for RPN.
For RN you might have to do a bridging course.

12 case studies how come?
I wrote my exam last year in November so I don’t remember the exact number but I got a lot of them. Some of my friends got the same number as well.
Only 3-4 of them were the kind where I had to answer 6 questions for one case studies but the rest were the kind where there was a full case and I only had 1 question to answer and that was very annoying as the cases were super long.

The same thing was happened with me. I was getting long long case studies after every simple question. And my computer shuts off at 95 question and I failed
