Hello.. yes If you want to work as a PSW, you need a Psw certificate which is 8 month course. If you want to become RN than it is 4 years degree so you need to apply to colleges.

Hii Rudra, bas majama.. so licensed practical nursing is the same as registered practical nursing, just a different name. After finishing the course you can work as an RPN. At this time, you can get a visa by OINP in the healthcare field. May be at the time you finish your course, situation is different. But I am sure there will be something then as well. Need ielts for nclax exam in ontario
The responsibility of RN is much higher that RPN, which is the main difference in the wage.
Also, staff shortage is a very common problem so be ready to do 10 hrs or 12 hrs shift. No doubt the pay is good and the work is not physically that exhausting. But, mentally its a very draining work.
Its a very good and kinda recession-proof industry. Not only nurses, but, PSW, physio, Social workers, This country needs a whole lot of these professionals.
How come this video isn't in English? Isn't that the national language of Canada?
Because my primary audience is in Hindi. Also I clearly label all videos as hindi. If you go to settings, you change the language to English only.

Hello I am sry to that you are having trouble finding jobs. Try with references. Ask your seniors or relatives or friends for reference if they are in the place where you want to work. Hello.. How long have you been trying to get a job? Do you have all the documents ready? Try to find a reference wherever you are applying. They give priority to referred to application more than direct application.. I hope it is helpful 😊

Please do some research before sharing knowledge. The information you’re providing is not fully accurate. And it is also not that so easy to find the RN job without experience especially when you are international. Not in Canada or USA or other any other countries.. they will ask you for experience.
It is good to share knowledge but with proper research will be more effective.
