Apparently according to China there are 2 laws that govern the sea: China's Law and the International law. Apparently China's Law should be followed by all countries according to the implied actions and statements of China. Had it not been for the Reagan administration of the 80's allowing China to the World Trade Organization, China would still be stuck where it was. Instead of being a responsible and law abiding country in its success, it does the opposite. There are the G7 countries and there is GChina apparently. They call these provocations while the area in dispute is over 900 KM from their nearest China land, while it is 200 km within the nearest Philippines land. SIMPLE MATH (far )900 > 200 (near). Maybe in 20 years China will soon claim Hawaii. Don't forget there were also Chinese settlers in California since the early 1800's. Maybe they will claim historical right to California as well. LOL
