The process of appointing the three-member team, including the Chief Election Commissioner and two Election Commissioners, has sparked debate due to the extensive discretion granted to the government in these appointments.
Additionally, the ECI's handling of infractions of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) and The Representation of the People Act has been criticized for alleged selectivity and ad hoc decision-making.

In the name of Economic and Social development NEP 2020 was introduced. But There's a BIG CONTRADICTION. NEP deprives of education opportunities, at the levels of both Primary and Higher Education, to the socially and economically backward sections of the Nation. And projects for economic and social development. This raises a Logical and wise DOUBT- FOR WHOSE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT is being focused through NEP 2020?
