One of the greatest to ever do it. Paula and I had fun at the grocery store the other day. She was on the radio and I was getting my boogie on in the pasta isle all alone until this random lady needed something off the shelf. Initially she just wanted some sauce but Paula's music sets the party right and all 3 of us rocked out to Knock out together. If you don't lose 5 to 10lbs off this song, it's your fault and better not blame Paula!! She gave us the tools to stay fit. I don't wait to be invited to a party. I just make my own wherever I'm at. Nothing like a midday grocery store party!!! 👩🏿👉🏿🥳🤸🏿♀️

Love you Paula Abdul. So much talent and some people knock her down thinking she was on drugs and alcohol. Being in excruciating pain with plates in your spine obviously doesn't qualify and as she said painkillers didn't help her anyway. Amazing Dancer, Choreographer, ex-Cheerleader and Singer stay strong always.
