Duplin County fireman hospitalized after shock while aiding at crash site

A Duplin County fireman was transported to a nearby hospital after responding to a one-car accident Thursday morning, according to officials.
Officials say the fireman was helping to remove the driver while leaning on a fence that had been struck by lightning further down the road.
