As a Kansan we go sit on the porch and watch the storm go by
I live on the east coast in Maryland, so I have yet to see a significant one in person, but we do occasionally get storms strong enough to justify sending out tornado warnings in the area (but I think we've only had them actually form and touch down a handful of times). However, through the magic of the internet, after watching a few dozen tornado compilations and specifically the videos by those tornado chaser guys that keep trying to get their vehicle directly in the path of an active tornado so they can launch their data logging flare thing into it, the bar that the tornado must clear for me to be worried/afraid of it is now probably much closer to the height of a "tornado alley" native's.
I actually live in Kansas and can confirm, that is in fact, a dust devil.

The reason that tank that has "7 health" felt invincible is because it is a heavily armored track and you need to target its weak points. That particular task you need to shoot is the TC's hatch or unangled rear armor

Your talking about Kansas reminded me of something hilarious! I live in Kansas, and a town a little ways away once hosted some German POWs. They escaped one day and decided they might have a decent chance of leaving the continent through Canada so they started heading north. After five days of walking they made it into a town and tried to figure out if they were in Canada yet.
They hadn’t even reached Nebraska, the state directly north of Kansas. They promptly had someone call their prison to come pick them up.
After 15k hours over 6 years. there is still new stuff to learn, dis makes it funnier. Thanks Badger :)
