Agreed. There's many roles a wrestler can fufill. Which may switch over the course of their career. Like omos for example is perfectly fine as a special attraction and grayson and waller are good at being annoying arrogant badguys for example
I like Natalya, and she's a great wrestler and a good sport. Obviously a team player. But WWE has got to give Natalya some significant main roster wins (not just matches but feuds) to make her mean something again. I get the goal is to train and put over younger talent, but I'm more surprised when Natalya wins than when she loses. I would say the same for Shinsuke Nakamura these days as well.
